Privacy Policy

When you use this website, we collect only what you give us: your name and email address if you submit them through the on-site signal check, and standard anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, general location, device type) used to improve the site.

The free assessments — PatternPrint and the EQ Growth Profile — run on separate assessment applications. When you take one, that application collects your name, email address, and your assessment answers in order to generate and deliver your personal report.

Your email address is used to deliver what you asked for: your assessment report, your signal check result, and occasional relevant follow-up from Brian Curtis about your results and coaching options. You can opt out of follow-up at any time by replying to any email.

Your assessment answers are used only to generate your report and, if you choose to book a debrief, to help Brian prepare for that conversation. Assessment results are for coaching and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical diagnoses.

We never sell your information. We never share your assessment answers or results with anyone other than you, unless you explicitly ask us to. We do not use your data for advertising audiences.

This website is hosted on Vercel. Scheduling runs on Google Calendar, which collects the information you enter when booking a call. The PatternPrint and EQ Growth Profile assessment applications are hosted on Railway and Vercel respectively. Website analytics are provided by Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails with one reply. You can take the assessments without booking anything — a debrief call is always optional, never required.
